Through the WaterShed Network, small-scale NGOs and educational public institutions in India can secure access to water for years to come while maintaining their financial sustainability. There are many such institutions that do good work, but they find it difficult to cope with the challenges posed by expensive private water supply services and technical issues in the maintenance of such installations. Our initiative was created to assist these institutions in overcoming their problems by transforming water from an expenditure item into a resource.
The first step of our process involves conducting thorough assessments that will help us determine the specific needs of the site and its environment. Each institution will receive concise instructions on how they should conserve water in the most efficient way possible. By ensuring that the appropriate resources are available in terms of infrastructure, training, and physical equipment, the anxiety over water scarcity is addressed once and for all. In doing so, these organizations are relieved from all the trouble that comes along with maintaining this resource, and they can focus on their actual objective.
